A large state with diverse interests, California struggles with highly critical issues of statewide importance such as governance, job creation, water, natural resources, infrastructure and immigration. Each region also faces its own unique concerns and benefits from a wide array of assets.
California Connections is a nine month fellowship designed for senior level executives from business, government and nonprofits from across California who want to develop a more active, well informed and influential statewide leadership role. Fellows travel to the Bay Area, Central California, the Inland Empire, Los Angeles, Orange County, Sacramento and San Diego spending an intensive three days every other month to gain a better understanding of these areas and their local, regional and global significance.
Fellows engage in facilitated cross sector learning, dialogue with some of the State’s most important leaders and essential networking to build a network of collaborators to help drive change.
